B11 – Bottle Filling
In our modern bottling line, up to 50,000 bottles per hour are cleaned, filled, sealed, and labeled – under the strictest hygienic conditions and without heat treatment (except for alcohol-free varieties). Oxygen-free filling and automated quality controls ensure the highest product quality.
B12 – Keg Filling
We also fill our beer into kegs for the hospitality industry – with impeccable hygiene and without pasteurization. This preserves the beer’s fresh taste right up to the moment it is poured.
B13 – Distribution
From our warehouse, our beer is delivered to beverage retailers, hospitality venues, and customers using our own fleet of vehicles – fresh from the High Black Forest straight into the glass. In doing so, Rothaus is increasingly relying on electric mobility.
